Full week summer camp for our teens and pre-teens! (Ages 11-15)
Our summer camp will run Monday - Friday from 2:30 - 4:00. This camp is structured around gratitude and inner exploration of everything from mindfulness, yoga movements and relaxation activities.
We will also include sacred space for our teens to speak their truth, to express the ups and downs on growing up in the world of social media and how to make it better by maintaining a balance.
Classes will include aerial yoga, mat yoga, creating vision boards, journaling and more.
We will educate our yogis on values such as confidence, gratitude, healthy living, peace, respect and allowing the kids to experience independence.
Classes will be led by Megan Doyle.
