Are you looking to improve your arm balances? This workshop with Brian Bernsee will offer a breakdown of several arm balances such as crow, chin-stand, shoulder and peacock as well as floating back to chaturanga.
While we are still bound to the laws of physics - this workshop will cover key aspects of anatomy, balance and muscular engagement required for success in arm-balances. You will work on foundational skills of arm balances and ways you can integrate and focus on developing these skills in your normal yoga practice.
This workshop is for anyone looking to understand and improve upon their arm balances.
