Aerial Yoga is a beautiful blend of movement, breath, and play. Using an aerial hammock to support and assist traditional yoga poses, inversions, and aerial dance.
Megan will guide you as you move past your fear and learn the fundamentals of aerial yoga. Together you will work your way up to more advanced classes. Our goal with each class is to find flow, comfort, and trust in your aerial hammock.
Each class you will begin creating strength, flexibility, and balance to prepare for more advanced poses.
