Join Caitlin as she guides you through a soothing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice followed by a blend of sound healing. This peaceful practice is accessible for all levels as we will begin with three restorative postures to warm up the body and then we will settle into supported savasana for Nidra + Soundbath. The Soundbath will include a blend of Quartz Crystal Singing bowls attuned to balance the energetic body, Koshi chimes, and Zildjian Gong.
