Come and join Cassandra for a bliss-filled yoga and meditation workshop for Every Body. She will take you through 3 different styles of yoga, the 8 limb path, a vision board exercise, how to develop a home practice, and time to journal.

Experience some of the scientifically recognized benefits of yoga and meditation like stress relief, improved physical fitness, lowered blood pressure, improved mental clarity, improved memory, reduced anxiety, lessened chronic pain, and enhanced quality of life. And if that’s not enough, we’ll have some fun!

You can experience the healing power of yoga, while celebrating the many wonderful gifts that it brings to your own, unique, & powerful frame.  Being physically fit isn’t about who is the thinnest. It’s about finding the fitness level that is right for you. It’s about finding our inner strength, and enhancing our appreciation and love for ourselves and our bodies.
