Our Call of Duty workshop is a space created where your child will learn ways to find their breath throughout their day, create mental clarity and to honor their peers and themselves.
They will be given an informational guide to take home with useful information to help strengthen their breathing techniques and physical practice at home when they become stressed. The guide will include partner yoga to support a yoga practice you and your little man can do together.
The objective for this workshop is to de-stress our boys through the practice of yoga. The class will be filled with fun, team building activities and a restorative yoga practice to support calmness and grounding.
This workshop will give them the tools to use to create space within themselves to live true to who they are and to gain control when they feel like exploding in anger.
This workshop will be led by Megan Doyle, RYT 200.
