Restorative Aerial Yoga benefits are tremendous both physically and mentally. This practice reduces over-stimulation and has immediate calming effects on the mind and body.
The class structure will be as follows:
30 minute - Active Aerial Yoga (breathwork and fun tricks)
45 minute - Restorative Aerial Yoga
2:00 - 3:15
