There are so many variations of the classic arm balances to build upon and discover new depth in the body. We will be diving into the balances through transition and flow that opens the body for a graceful take-off. We will be giving you new skill sets to bring a whole new lift to your home practice.
Fear of the falling is the greatest obstacle that stands in the way of attempting these beneficial inversions and transitions. We will slowly and safely guide you through preparatory postures that build up to its peak posture. We welcome all levels of practitioners and hope to bring new height in your practice.
