Are you interested in Yoga, but have never done yoga or had limited yoga experience? Do you have some yoga experience, but would you like to learn more about how to safely explore yoga postures? This Introduction to Yoga series is intended as a place for students who are brand-new to yoga to start right at the beginning and for those with some experience who want to spend more time on the foundations of yoga practice.
This two week series will introduce the basics of alignment, breathing and mindfulness in foundational yoga postures and will empower students with the knowledge and confidence needed to safely explore other yoga classes at the studio.
