Join Victoria for Hot Yoga Bikram Style 26 + 2, which offers a whole new level to your yoga practice! It's a 90 minute sequence at 105 degrees, there are 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises. 

This practice increases your overall health & vitality. As it benefits all systems of the entire body from internal organs to musculoskeletal, endurance, strength, & stamina. Promotes good circulation to all internal organs, joints, and ligaments. It will also assist the immune system & boost metabolism. 

Victoria will offer a holistic beginner sequence that will benefit all levels of practitioners. 

This practice is a fantastic compliment to any sport or type of yoga practice!

It is encouraged to practice in shorts & yoga dry fit type of clothing due to the sweat.

Please bring:

  • Mat
  • Large towel for mat
  • Water

Please note:

  • Hydrate prior to class
  • Avoid caffeinated product before class
  • Students please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class starting
