The seven chakras are the centers in our bodies in which energy flows through. The seven chakras are connected to different glands and organs in the body and are responsible for distribution of “Chi” (also called “Qi” or Prana or life energy) through them.
When there is a disruption in this life energy or a blockage in any one or more Chakras, the individual may suffer from sickness, anxiety or depression.
We will work through the 7 chakras, while simultaneously holding restorative poses that access these energy centers.
All levels are welcome, please bring an open mind and an open heart as we step into a deep relaxation and release of the mind, body and spirit.
