Do I need a mat?

If you have one, great! If not, no worries we have mats you can rent!

Is there a new student offer?

Yes! We have two new student offers.  You can choose an unlimited 2 weeks for $35 or an unlimited 6 weeks for $108.  Feel free to try out all the yoga*! :)

*Aerial and chair yoga are not included.

How much does this cost?

We offer memberships, packages and drop-in rates. Please reference our Membership & Pricing Page.

I've never done yoga, where should I start?

If you check out our Class Descriptions page you'll find the perfect fit that's just right for your level, you wants, and your needs.

I want to take class, do I need to pre-register online?

You can, but definitely don't need to.  We ask that you show up 5-10 minutes before class starts.

What should I wear? What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothes. You want something you will be able to really move in rather than feeling constricted.

Please bring:

  • a mat - if you have one, but we do have rental mats.
  • water - which we also have for sale in case you forget.
  • yoga is generally done barefoot but if you prefer you can wear socks.

What if I'm pregnant, can I still do yoga?

Absolutely, we have a prenatal class. Check out schedule here.

What do you offer for seniors, children, and special needs?

We've got it all covered, as we mentioned yoga IS for everyone! We offer Chair Yoga for Seniors, Kids Yoga, and Special Needs classes. View our schedule here

Do you have childcare?

During a lot of our classes we offer childcare in what we call the Mini Buddha room.  Our lovely girls at the front desk will watch your child/children while you take your class.  View our pricing here.

Can I take a class if I'm injured or have a limitation physically?

If you feel as though your injury would prevent you from doing poses safely, we recommend you consult a doctor first.  Otherwise, please communicate your injury to the instructor before class and join us.  It's important to listen to your body and honor the healing period, which yoga can absolutely aid in.  Restorative Yoga is a format that is accessible even if you do have injuries or limitations.  Feel free to check our our class descriptions here.

I am not flexible. Can I still do yoga?

One hundred percent, yes!  Being flexible is not a prerequisite. Instructors offer progressions and modifications, which is why all levels are welcome in our studio space.
